Activated Carbon Series Air Filter Screen/Filters

1. Product Specifications And Structure

Drawings or samples can be Drawings or samples can be provided for customization (if there is any special structure size, please inform customer service)
Product specifications:Gram weight, length, width, thickness, specific surface area, iodine value, carbon content, etc.
Structure and shape:Folded, cylinder, square, round, corrugated, honeycomb, etc.
2. Material Customization

Filter substrate: non-woven cloth, paper, aluminum, sponge, fiber, ceramic, etc. Type of activated carbon: Fruit shell carbon, wood carbon, coconut shell carbon, coal carbon, etc.
Appearance of activated carbon: column, granule, powder, flake, sphere, etc.
Iodine value of activated carbon: 800, 900, 1000, etc.
3.Frame Selection

Galvanized iron frame, aluminum frame, paper frame, bone frame with edges, etc.

Primary and Medium Efficiency Filters

1. Product Specifications and Structure

Customization is available upon request, either through provided blueprints or samples. Should you require a unique structural size, please inform our customer service team.
Dimensions: Length, width, height, pleats, pocket depth, and number of pockets.
Structure and Shape: Pleated, panel, and bag styles.
2. Filter Efficiency and Media Thickness (Based on Usage Scenario)

Efficiency Range: G1 to G4, F5 to F9.
Media Thickness: Typically 2-3mm or 5-6mm, with the option for other specific dimensions upon consultation with our sales representatives.
3. Frame Selection

(1) Galvanized iron frames, aluminum frames, and paper frames.
(2) Ribs, square grid wire mesh, and diamond grid wire mesh.
(3) Wire Mesh Details: Shape (diamond or square), mesh count requirements, and wire diameter specifications.
4. Additional Features

Other Details: Labels, plastic corner brackets, pull strips, individual PP bag packaging, instruction manuals, and logos.

High Efficiency Filters

1. Product Specifications and Structure

Provide drawings or samples for customization (if there is a special structure size, please inform customer service)
Inform the desired filter of length, width, thickness, fold height, fold width, number of folds, tape distance and other requirements.
If it is a V-type or W-type high-efficiency filter, denote the number of V.
2. Filter Material Selection (provide usage scenarios)

Efficiency range: H10-H14.
High efficiency filter material: electrostatic fiber, glass fiber.
If you need to match with other filtration requirements, you can select filter materials for combined production.
Other filter materials: activated carbon, cold catalysts, photocatalysts, silver ions, etc.

Multifunctional Series Filter Mesh

1. Product Specifications and Structure

Inform the length, width and thickness of the required filter mesh.
Part of the filter mesh needs to be composite support mesh, if there is a demand for the specified support mesh, please provide the shape, material, gram, mesh size, wire diameter and other requirements of the support mesh to our salesperson.
2. Material Customization

Material: Vitamin C, silver ion, catechin, activated carbon, lysozyme, anion, zeolite and so on. If there are special needs, please contact the salesman.
Base material: fiber, sponge, non-woven fabric, composite skeleton non-woven fabric, spunlace non-woven fabric, primary cotton, electrostatic cotton, HEPA and so on.
Combination: a variety of materials can be selected according to the needs of the combination of production.
3. Filtration Requirements

Antibacterial, PM2.5, deodorization, formaldehyde removal, etc. If there are other needs, please contact the salesman.
4. Other Details

Label, pp bag, plastic holder, manual, logo, etc.

We proceed to manufacture a prototype based on the agreed customization details and send it to the client for review and approval.
